Great Bakery! The full baked goods are very tasty. Warm dishes are also very good there! The employees are always friendly. The bakery is very tastefully decorated.

Great baker. Also very convenient with the drive in. I can highly recommend the sausage in a dressing gown, it's the best around here :)

As far as service is concerned, very good ... you are served very quickly, staff is friendly and competent, currently no cafe and cake enjoyment in the house due to Corona measures. Drive in works very well ... What is not so good: the Jubis rolls are unfortunately not that great, too small, firm, not so airy .... was even compared with discounter rolls ..... price-performance ratio is not right. (The competition is also nearby and has great products too)

Call of duty! The saying "The customer is king." Doesn't exist at Künkel.

You can sit comfortably and the baked goods are all okay for now. A little expensive in terms of price for what you get. And the rolls can no longer be used in the evening. Are then very dry.

Unfriendly to the customers, service very lazy, people tell love before the customers are served. Waiting 10 minutes for a coffee and a piece of cake has been a long time, toilet hygiene grade 6 (see pictures), never again .....

Customers at the drive-in receive preferential service. You can wait inside as long as you want, first drive in. At lunchtime, more than one person should serve everyone.

I've been a regular customer since this location opened. However, I am very disappointed with the service over the past few months. Unfortunately I get to the same employee on a regular basis. She behaves very unprofessionally and almost rude. As a customer, I have the feeling that I am a supplicant. But I don't need special treatment when I get bread. Perhaps it is also because the employee hardly speaks German. I am convinced of the baked goods, but I find it uncomfortable to continue using the service there.

It was very clean and the atmosphere was really nice and relaxed I had some Blackforest cake and coffee macchiato and both tasted delicious. My friend also had a piece of cake and coffee that I invited her to and I paid €15 for both and i thought that was a fair price . Definitely will go there again next time I'm in Germany
